Happy Thursday everyone! Yep…it’s that time again…time for more inspiration from the very talented ladies over at Create with Connie and Mary. This week it is a FUN sketch!
This is kind of a fun day for me today. My office over at school has been packed away (and taken away…it’s empty now) and the soonest we move to our new ‘digs’ is Monday. Meanwhile, today they took down our course management system that we do all of our course prep and work in so essentially I have a 2 day vacation! COOL!!! Just a little happy dance over here!
Here’s my card for the challenge – I changed it from a square to a horizontal one! Here’s the details…
- Dapper Denim – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
- Very Vanilla – 3 3/4 x 5, run the right 2/3 of the piece through the Garden Trellis embossing folder, add to card front
- Eastern Palace dsp – cut piece 1 1/2 x 5 1/4, layer piece of Lemon Lime Twist – 1/2 x 5 1/4 behind it than add to card front
- Cut out one of the larger Eastern Medallions from Dapper Denim and small one from Lemon Lime Twist – stamp matching imagine using Dapper Demin, layer using dimensionals and add using dimensionals
- Very Vanilla – stamp dotted circle and greeting using Dapper Denim punch out using 1 1/4″ Circle punch, add using dimensionals
