You’re My Hero

Well…since I showed you a YELLOW fire truck, I thought I’d go ahead and show you a RED fire truck…so you have one of each! Oh…and there is a little bit of a ‘sneak peek’ in there too!

This was such a FUN and EASY card to make. The base of the card is Smoky Slate (LOVE the new color!) I just LOVE the NEW Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder in the new seasonal mini and thought it would be absolutely PERFECT with this card…I was right…it IS!!! I stamped the truck and greeting using StazOn Jet Black (TIP: I put both images on the block and stamped both at once!) then colored in the truck with my Real Red marker. I layered this onto a piece of Real Red, added two Basic Black banners then added to the card front using dimensionals. Since I’m keeping things nice and simple, I just added a couple of Basic Black Stars to finish it off! What another great card for the guy in your life!

And speaking of the guys in your life…need some ‘guy’ ideas? Yep…this week is all about gals and gals…how once set can be both for the guy and for the gal!
