I thought some doilies would make a fun card…

Whisper White – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
Whisper White – 3 3/4 x 5
Calypso Coral, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo – cut doily from each color add to panel, stamp wishes using Memento Black
Basic Black – cut out ‘birthday’ add panel
Add panel to card front using dimensionals
Add some Best Route Black Dots to finish off
