So I was checking out the CAS challenge on SCS and it was to use FEATHERS. EEK!!! I do not have a single feather stamp in my collection (no SERIOUSLY) unless you count bird stamps and I wasn’t sure if that counted or not. So I was going to skip doing it then I remembered that the Boutique Boxes Designer Kit had feathers in it and I had some leftovers from a project I did for Create with Connie and Mary.

So some quick notes…the base of the card is Whisper White. Next I took another piece of Whisper White, pierced an oval in there, added a doily from the kit then some feathers from the kit. Next I stamped the greeting using Basic Grey on Whisper White, cut into a banner, added a Summer Starfruit button (from the kit) using some Baker’s Twine (from the kit). How cool…I was able to use up some extras that I had before they retired AND do the CAS challenge for feathers!
