Sent with Love

WOO HOOO!!! Happy April everyone and welcome to the first Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge for April! This week we have a GREAT color challenge for you!

The base of the card is Whisper White. I added a strip of the Island Indigo and then another piece of Whisper White that I ran through the Clouds Embossing Folder. I took a print from the Sent with Love dsp pack, added a Real Red scallop edge behind it then added to the card front. The tag is from the dsp that I cut out and added a 1/2″ Real Red circle and an Island Indigo Printed Brad then added to the card front. Next is another tag I cut from the dsp, stamped the plane in Calypso Coral, cut out and added to the tag along with a Real Red Heart (rhinetone added to the heart for a little bling!). Next I stamped the special delivery arrow using Real Red, cut out and added using dimensioals.

Very creative to cut the images out of the DSP and use them like you did! So clever and makes such an attractive fun card!

Such a great card, Mary! The entire design is so cohesive – the clouds, the tag going the same direction as the plane, use of the dap – love it all.
