And it’s Saturday again! This week our theme for the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Hop is to use plaids on our cards. When I worked on my card I didn’t have any plaid paper so made my own with the Country Gingham DSP…

Here’s the details…

Highland Heather – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
Country Gingham DSP Mint print – 3 x 4 1/2 use Starry Sky and Gorgeous Grape markers to add lines to make a plaid
Gorgeous Grape – 1 x 4 1/2 – use Basic Borders to create the zigzag border, add behind DSP, add to card front
Starry Sky – 1/2 x 4, add to card front
Basic White – stamp outline in Memento Black, leaves in Mint Macaron, flowers in Gorgeous Grape and small buds in Starry Sky, cut out, add to card front using dimensionals
Basic White – 5/8 x 1 4/5, stamp greeting in Starry Sky, cut into slant on both ends, add to card front
Add some Grape Opaque Adhesive Backed Gems to finish off
