Happy Mother’s Day to all you mom’s out there! We are going to be heading out to see my husband’s mom here soon so I made this card for her. She has problems with her eyesight so wanted to keep it simple with lots of contrast.

The base of the card is Daffodil Delight I took another piece of Daffodil Delight, stamped mother in Basic Black then ran the top part through the polka dot embossing folder. I layered this on Whisper White, wrapped a piece of Basic Black Dotted Scallop ribbon (dot side down) around it then added to the card base. The flowers are Whisper White from the Blossom Party Die, 1/2 Daffodil Delight circle then a jumbo rhinestone in the center of each. Added these to the card front using glue dots.

So…a nice and quick card to wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day!
