Magnificent Maple

I think I have mentioned how much a LOVE this stamp and it was just perfect to create a card with a “fall” feel for the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge – this week…it’s a color challenge!

This is really a pretty easy card. The base of the card is So Saffron. I took a piece of Natural White and stamped the scatter stamp in So Saffron, Rich Razzleberry, and Bermuda Bay. I layered this on Bermuda Bay then the card front using dimensionals. I stamped the Maple leaf using versamark on So Saffron, Bermuda Bay, and Rich Razzleberry, gold embossed, cut out and added to the card front. I did a banner our of Rich Razzleberry, added a Bermuda Bay strip, stamped the greeting in Early Espresso on Natural White, added a So Saffron button using Linen then, then added this piece the to card front.

We are gearing up for our Winter Collection featuring the holidays of December! It’s beginning to look a little like Christmas! Connie and I are starting the Early Bird signups for our Create with Connie and Mary Winter Collection 2013. It’s all about Christmas and Winter projects!
