For the Birds

Have I ever mentioned how I felt about coloring things in? AAARRRGH!!! So what’s the CAS challenge on SCS today? To only use LINE STAMPS!!! DANG! But I do have this set and it is a SWEET one.

Some quick notes…base of the card is Real Red. I took a piece of Whisper White, ran it though the woodgrain embossing folder and added to the care front. Next I took a piece of Whisper White, cut into a banner, stamped this little cutie on there, colored with Bashful Clue, Real Red and Crumb Cake marker and tied a pies of Real Red Stitched Grosgrain around it. I cut another banner (longer and thinner then my Whisper White one) from Bashful Blue, added it to the card base then added my little birdie banner using dimensionals to finish it off.

Guess what? Create with Connie and Mary Card “Create”tions is comings! Monday starts our Preview week and both Connie and I will be doing a cool Preview to let you get a taste of what Card “Create”tions (this one for All Occasions) is all about.
