Field Flowers

CCMCWell…here’s the first Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge of the new catalog!  Okay…so a have a couple new things in there.  I usually work ahead on my challenges when I can but waited to use at least a couple new things!

The base of the card is Crisp Cantaloupe (LOVE) and I sponged it with Crumb Cake to get it to better match the dsp.  The print is from a new pack called Soho Subway.  Next I took a piece of Natural Cream, cut into a banner and lightly sponged the edges with Crumb Cake.  Next I stamped the stem in Baked Brown Sugar.  I stamped the flowers is Crisp Cantaloupe, cut out and added to the banner.  The banner was added to the card front and I wrapped some Linen Thread around it.  Next I stamped the greeting from Lovely Labels in Calypso Coral, punched with the Artisan Punch, then punched another artisan Baked Brown Sugar, cut in half and layered behind the greeting.  This was added to the card front using dimensionals.

So make sure you check out the other AWESOME card the design team did with the sketch then join the fun!
