Dapper Dad

TSSCHappy Monday everyone and happy Technostamper Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge day!  Mary Jo once again has a GREAT sketch for us and I hope you can join the fun!

I ended up turning the sketch on the side so that I could use it with this shoe…how fun!  The base of the card is Very Vanilla and I added a strip of Soft Suede.  Next I took a piece of the Parker’s Pattern’s dsp, layered it onto Crumb Cake then to the card front.  Next I added a couple strips of another of the prints form the same pack.  I took another piece of Very Vanilla, layered onto Soft Suede, added some navy brads and added to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the shoe using Early Espresso on Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Not Quite Navy.  I cut out the Soft Suede Soul and Not Quite Navy argyle pieces, paper pieced the show and added to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamp the greeting using Early Espresso on Marina Mist, cut into a banner and added to the card front using dimensionals.

TSSC255So here’s the sketch for today.  I actually managed to keep really close to the sketch this week.  Why not join the fun?  We’d love to have you play along!  Don’t forget to check out the other members of the team and remember go to the Technostamper blog to play along!
