When I first saw this stamp set in the new catalog I just fell in love with the pretty images! I also thought how pretty this would be using just Very Vanilla and gold. I was fight! I LOVE how this card turned out. I did this card for a Control Freak Swap for Christmas cards.

This is one of my favorite things to do with a card…make it look like an odd size when it is really a normal size card. The base of the card is 3 1/4 x 11 folder. I took another piece of Very Vanilla, ran it through the Lacey Brocade Embossing Folder and added to the card front. I embossed the greeting on the bottom using Gold Embossing Folder. I took a piece of Champagne Glimmer paper, cut into a banner and added to the card front. I cut out a panel using the Apothecary Accents framelits, stamped the poinsettia image in Versamark and gold embossed, added a gold brad to the top then added the banner to the card front using dimensionals.

Such a simple card but oh so elegant!
