Betsy’s Blossoms

So the colors this week are Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Baja Breeze and then the ‘dessert’ option is Lucky Limeade…WHEW for having that Lucky Limeade in there!  The base of the card is 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 folded and I rounded the bottom right corner.  I took another piece of Whisper White, rounded that bottom corner.  I stamped the greeting using Cajun Craze.  My main image is created by starting with the long piece from the Apothecary Accent Framelits in Whisper White and running that through the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder.  I did a Cajun Craze Ribbon Lace punch along the top.  Next I stamped the leaf/stem image 4 times in Lucky Limeade, cut out and added along the bottom of the framelit piece.  I made a ‘bow’ (<a href=”http://stampercamper.com/cardpost/making_bows”>click here for my tutorial</a>) using Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and a Lucky Limeade Printed design brad and added to the framelit.  This is added to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the bird twice in Baja Breeze, cut out the full bird from one and just the wing from the other, added the wing using a dimensional and then added the bird using dimensionals.  See it really is a VERY easy card…well…once I got it figured out how to use these colors together!
