Lisa and I were playing the other day and we decided to do Taylor’s sketch challenge.  I have been wanting to do a card using the With All My Heart set but NOT Valentine colors.  When we sat down to play, I was going to use the Shades of Spring paper/colors but somehow I seemed to take a detour!  LOL!  So here’s what I came up with.

This is one of those color combos I saw YEARS ago and every now and then pull it out, dust it off and use it.  I just think it is such happy colors!  The base of the card is Ballet Blue…now be honest, when was the last time you used THAT color!  I took a piece of Whisper White and ran it through the Polka Dotted embossing folder.  Next I ties a Red 5/8” satin ribbon around it.  A layered a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock.  Now I took a piece of whisper white and rounded the opposite corners.  I stamped the largest image using Ballet Blue, the medium image using Pumpkin Pie and the small flower using Real Red.  I layered this onto a piece of Ballet Blue and then the polka dotted piece.  I inked up the friend stamp using the Real Red, Pumpkin Pie and Ballet Blue markers, stamped on whisper white, punched with the large oval punch and layered onto a basic black scallop oval.  The sketch had a little something in the upper left so I added some black brads.  This is layered onto the Ballet Blue card front.  Now isn’t this just a happy card!

Happy Stampin’!
