You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen…Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen.  But do you recall…the most famous reindeer of all?  This is one of the cards we did back in October at my annual Holiday Card Class.  I just HAD to have the Sparkly and Bright set because the reindeer is so DANG CUTE!!!

Over on SplitcoastStampers they have a challenge to do a card inspired by a holiday song.  Okay…I’m SUPER busy working on things for Create with Connie and Julie but when I saw that challenge I just KNEW I had to post my Rudolph card.  Doesn’t this just make you think of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer?  I thought so.  Me too!  Now…on to the card.

The base of the card is Whisper White.  I added a piece of the suede/gold Christmas Cocoa dsp with a piece of the striped paper from the same pack.  I layered some Real Red along the top of this before adding it to the card front.  I inked ‘Rudolph’ in Soft Suede and stamped 4 times in Whisper White then punched with the 1 1/4” square punch.  Now don’t forget to color those little noses red!  These are layered onto Real Red Scallop Squares and then the card front.  I inked the greeting using Real Red and Soft Suede markers and finally added some gold brads to finish the card off.

Well…I need to start working of some cards for my card class in January but I did want to get this posted.  Have I mentioned yet about how excited I am to do Create with Connie and Julie???  No…REALLY I am!  Happy Stampin’!
