HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!  This is one of those sets that I just HAD to have when it came out but then I found I was having trouble creating with it.  I have made a couple cards that I have liked but this one was my all time favorite!  I will share some of the other ones the next couple of posts.

I forget where I got the idea for this card but I do remember it was not an original idea.  The card base is Dusty Durango (one of those colors I NEVER use!).  I trimmed some of the bottom edge off, pierced along the edge, roughed up the edge using the cutter kit and sponged along the edge.  I then took the coordinating Bright Blessings jumbo wheel and wheeled across the top using Dusty Durango ink.  Next I tied a piece of the 1 1/4” Chocolate Striped ribbon around the card.  Next I took three of the leaf images from the Falling Leaves set and stamped one with Night of Navy CRAFT ink, one with More Mustard CRAFT ink and one with Garden Green CRAFT ink and embossed with clear embossing powder and cut out and layered onto the card front.  Yep…that’s all there is to the card!

Oh…my sister is coming tomorrow!  I can hardly wait!  It’s always so much fun to hang out with her.
