Well lookie here…an actual STAMPED project!!!  Now, first I need to tell you that I did NOT come up with the idea of using this set and punch to make fishes but I LOVED the idea!  Here is my version which is a compilation of a couple different ones I’ve seen.

The base of the card is Bermuda Bay.  I took the circley image and randomly stamped that in Bermuda Bay.  I stamped the polka dotted ornament in Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry and punched them out with the ornament punch.  I used the scalloped circle punch in whisper white to make the large fins and the small heart (from the three heart punch) for the small fins.  I tied a know from the Rich Razzleberry Polka Dotted ribbon for the tail.  The fish are adhered to a piece of Whisper White which is layered onto Basic Black and then the card front.  The ‘bubbles’ are using the 1/2” circle punch from Bermuda Bay and sponged around the edges and the hearts are the littlest heart from the three heart punch.  The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamped in Bermuda Bay and punched out with the Word Window punch.  This is layered onto a Rich Razzleberry modern label punch.

So there’s my fishes!

Oh the doggie front update…we have decided to change the new doggie’s name to Bandit.  Let’s just say…the name says it all!  He is a little thief!  Cute…but a thief!  Can’t wait for some of you to meet him tomorrow at the file folder class!

Happy Stampin’!
