It’s another Saturday and another Create with Connie and Mary Staurday Challenge.  This week Connie did a sketch challenge for us to do.  Oh…what fun!  I will admit, it threw me a bit with the circles on the sides but I figured it out!

Lately I’ve been in a bit of a ‘white’ phase…I’m really liking the nice clean look of white with just a little color added in.  This goes right along with that feel.  The base of the card is whisper white.  I took another piece of whisper white and ran it through the finial press, layered onto pretty in pink and than the card front.  Then I took another piece of whisper white and stamped the butterfly image using pretty in pink.  Next was a strip of sahara sand that I also ran through the finial press added to the white and then tied a piece of pretty in pink 5/8” satin ribbon around it. 

This is layered onto a piece of pretty in pink and a sahara sand scallop was added along the left edge.  This is added to the card front using dimentionals.  I used a 1 3/4” whisper white circle layered onto a scallop circle from the pennant die.  I inked the image using my pretty in pink and sahara sand markers, cut it out and layered it onto the circle.  I then stamped and cut out a BUNCH of butterflies and added to the card.
