Happy Tuesday everyone! I sure do like Tuesday this quarter…I don’t have any classes so I can head over to work when I want!  LOVE it!  And speaking of LOVE it…the SUO Challenge is to use our favorite stuff from the Occasions Mini!  There’s just waaaaay too many cool things to choose from in there!

Well I just LOVE the Tea Shoppe set in the mini but then I absolutely ADORE the Everyday Enchantment dsp in the SAB brochure…oh my…that stuff is just FABULOUS!! So I put those together, along with a design I found in the catalog and this is what I came up with!

The base of the card is 5 x 4 1/4 Pool Party…yes, that is a little short but I wanted the panel to hang over the side but still fit in a regular sized envelope.  I took a print from the Everyday enchantment, added a strip of Peach Parfait to the top and bottom and then used the scallop edge punch on it.  Now here the thing…with the dsp being double-sided, I did like like the back showing so I lined the overhang with a piece of Pool Party that I also used the scalloped edge punch on.  Problem solved!  This is added to the card front using dimensionals.

Next I made 3 ‘tags’ from Natural Cream cardstock.  On one I stamped the greeting in Soft Suede.  Now that flourishing thing on the bottom of the other two…well I used a Soft Suede marker to pick that up on the oval word image…LOVE the look!  I made 3 ‘bows’ (click here for my tutorial) using Pool Party Seam Binding and Pumpkin Pie brads (yep…they match up nicely!) and added to the top of the tags.  I stamped the row of teacups in Peach Parfait of Very Vanilla, cut out and added to the tags using dimensionals.  The tags were then added to the card front using dimensionals.

I do really like the way this turned out.  What a unique color combo and it really works!  Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
