Oh…how I’m LOVIN’ this set!  Today is just a quick post…I have to head over to school and do a couple other errands.  Anyway…the color combo on SCS today was FABULOUS…Concord Crush, Peach Parfait, and Pear Pizzazz!  I decided to combine that with Mercy’s sketch.

The base of the card is Whisper White.  I took another piece of Whisper White and ran it through the Elegant Lines folder.  Next I took the Concord Crush, Peach Parfait and Pear Pizzazz twill, tied a knot in on end, wrapped it around this piece and layered it onto a piece of Peach Partfait.  This is attached to the card front using dimensionals.  Next I used the Scallop Die #2 to cut out a Concord Crush scallop circle.  I layered a Pear Pizzazz circle inside.  I cut a Whisper White circle and stamped the greeting (from Afterthoughts) using my Peach Parfait and Concord Crush markers.  These are all layered together and then onto the card front using dimensionals.  To finish it off I took the largest leaf from the Day of Gratitude set, stamped in versamark on each of the three colors, gold embossed, cut out and added to the medallion.

I thought it turned out pretty good all in all! 

Well…I better get myself together to head over to school.  I’m just about ready…just have to finish getting two of my six online classes together…no biggie..they are almost ready to go.
